My Favorite Italian Cookbook Review
Is there anyone out there who doesn't like Italian food? If there is, I
hope this cookbook changes that attitude. Smooth and creamy cheese, fruity and
nutty olive oil, woody mushrooms, and summer sweet tomatoes made fare that is
both hearty and light. And depending on how you use these ingredients, you can
create a healthy cuisine that is light on your heart or a diet that is
responsible for a lot of the extra padding on my once girlish frame. So enjoy
the recipes as you choose, but a little word of warning-they are addictive.
